Thank you for choosing Nature Enabled Wellness. Our team is dedicated to delivering exceptional care to each of our clients. These terms and conditions aim to ensure that we can provide high-quality services to everyone seeking support. Please read them carefully, as they outline key information on bookings, cancellations, non-attendance, and our commitment to your wellness.

Booking Deposit and Payment Policy

  •  A 20% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. This deposit will be deducted from the total cost of your consultation.

  •  The remaining balance is payable on the day of your appointment.

  •  This policy helps us uphold the availability of our practitioners and accommodate clients on our waiting list.

Cancellation Policy

  • If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours before your appointment time. For example, if your appointment is at 3:00 PM on Tuesday, please contact us by 3:00 PM on Monday.

  • Timely cancellations allow us to offer the appointment slot to other clients in need.

  • Late cancellations (within 24 hours of the appointment time) may incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the consultation cost.

Non-Attendance Policy

  • A non-attendance occurs when a client either fails to attend their scheduled appointment or arrives more than 15 minutes late without prior notice.

  • In cases of non-attendance or failure to notify us in advance, we may charge the full consultation fee.

  • This policy enables us to keep appointments available for clients who need timely care.

Non-Refundable Deposit

  • The 20% booking deposit is non-refundable. This applies in all situations, including cancellations made with more than 24 hours' notice.

  • This policy covers administrative costs and contributes to the smooth operation of our booking system.
